So you got tough and placed an order here on BeardOctane.com...bout time.  However, you're feeling good about yourself but never received an order confirmation email.  Panic sets in...cold sweats...anxiety.  We get it.  But don't worry, we're here to help you out!

First, ensure that the confirmation email did not land in your emails spam or junk folder.  If after a few minutes you do not receive an order confirmation email, simply send us an email at support@beardoctane.com and let us know.  We'll happily send a new confirmation email out to you, and just confirm everything is good to go with your order!
