First be sure to check your provided tracking number.  As stated in our shipping policy, all orders are typically shipped within 1-3 Business Days.  However, we do our very best to ship orders the same day or at least by the next day, business day or not.  If there is an issue with the shipping carrier and delays, typically we can not do anything from our end.  Contact your local USPS location, and see if they have any updates.
